Instructions for use:
Ready to use:For 1000 ml MTS Solution:1. Oxygenate 500 ml Base A for 10?min2. Add slowly 500 ml Base B3. Oxygenate ACSF Solution during use20x concentrate:For 1000 ml MTS Solution:1. Pour 50 ml Base A (20x) into a flask and add 900 ml deionized water 2. Add slowly 50 ml Base B (20x)3. Oxygenate ACSF Solution during usepH 7.4 when oxygenated with 95% O2, 5% CO2 (Carbogene)Use immediately once opened. Store at 4 - 8 °CIonal composition of MTS Solution (Base A + Base B)
