Instructions for use:
- Ready to use: Direct use
- 10x concentrate: For 1000 ml NFR Solution:
- 1. Pour 100 ml NFR (10x) into a flask
- 2. Add deionized water to a final volume of 1000 ml
- Adjust to pH 7.4
- Use immediately once opened. Store at 4 - 8 °C
Ional composition of NFR Solution
- NaCl = 90 mM
- KCl = 2 mM
- CaCl2 = 2 mM
- MgCl2 = 1 mM
- HEPES = 5 mM
